Meditation Retreat (in Mandarin)

This 2-day, non-residential meditation workshop is held in June and conducted in Mandarin.

Participants learn the importance of meditation, right attitude in doing meditation, basic techniques of Buddhist meditation, as well as basic concepts of Buddhism such as morality, mental development and wisdom.

There are many practice sessions during the workshop for participants to do in silence. Walking meditation and simple yoga relaxation such as stretching exercise are also taught during the workshop.
